Unused, Complete, Unregenerated, Not From Advertising Exhibitions Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Of Its Correct Operation, Not Having Physical And Legal Defects, Free From Defects And Damage, And Not Covered By The Rights Of Third Parties; 2) Provided To The Ordering Party In The Original Packaging Of The Equipment Manufacturer (If The Equipment Is Made To Repair The Equipment He Will Not Have To Be Transferred In Packaging In Which He Was Delivered To The Employer); 3) Equipped With User Documentation In Polish; 4) Marked With The Ce Sign, Have A Ce Certificate Or A Ce Declaration. Ce Certificate Or Ce Compliance Declaration Or Other Equivalent Confirmation Document That The Offered Equipment Meets All The Basic Requirements Contained In Individual Directives Of The New Approach Providing For Ce Marking. By An Equivalent Certificate, The Contracting Authority Understands An Analogous Certificate As To The Scope With Certificates Indicated By The Name, Which Confirms The Compliance With The Standard Characterized By The Features Competent To The Standard Mentioned By The Employer, Issued By An Independent Entity Authorized To Issue Certificates. 7. All Devices In Accordance With The Requirements, All Cables/Cables Necessary For Their Proper Use Should Be Attached. 8. Until The Contracting Authority Is Transferred To The Contracting Authority, Liability For The Loss Or Damage Of The Subject Of The Contract Is On The Contractors Side. 9. Equipment Mentioned In Point 2 Above Must Have A Minimum Warranty Period Granted By The Manufacturer Or Supplier, Not Less Than 24 Months. 10. The Warranty Service Will Be Provided By The Contractor Or Authorized Service Of The Manufacturer Or Authorized Partner Of The Equipment Manufacturer/General Distributor At The Headquarters Of The Contractor Or Authorized Service Of The Manufacturer Or Authorized Partner Of The Equipment Manufacturer/General Distributor.
