From The Plot, I.E. From The Plot No. 75/2 To Plot No. 505/1 Mętów. 3. The Company Of Design Work Includes In Particular - Applies To 1 And 2 Part Of The Order: 1) Drawing Up The Map For Design Purposes And Its Possible Update, 2) Developing A Simplified Design Concept And Its Consultation With Owners Of Real Estate Adjacent To The Road And With The Ordering Party At The Information And Consulting Meeting, 3) The Ordering Party All Technical Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Necessary For The Proper Development Of The Land Use Project And Architectural Design And Obtaining Zrid Decisions And Submitting An Application For A Decision Of Immediate Enforceability, 4) Preparing A Project Of Land Development And Architectural And Building Design Of The Road/Construction Based On The Design Concept Accepted By The Ordering Party And 1 Copies In Electronic Version, To The Application For A Decision Of Zrid (For All Industries) .5) Preparation Of Technical (Executive) Projects - 2 Copies In The Paper Version And 1 Copies In Electronic Version (For All Industries Separately); 6) Developing The Bill Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates (For All Industries Separately) - After 1 Copies In The Paper Version And In The Paper Version And In The Electronic Version. Attention! The Bill Of Quantities And The Investors Cost Estimate For The Road Industry Should Be Prepared Separately For The Pavement And For The Road. 9) Development Of Construction Projects Reconstruction Or Removal Of Collisions For Individual Industries With Detail In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project - 3 Copies (If Necessary), 10). Preparation The Rules For Preparing And Implementing Investments In The Field Of Public Roads, Including In Particular: A) Preparing And Submitting An Application With Attachments (Including The Project Information Card) In Order To Obtain A Decision On Environmental Conditions Together With Possible Supplementations And Explanations Required During This Proceeding (If Necessary); B) Preparation And Approval In The Poviat Starosty In Lublin Geodetic And Legal Documentation In Lublin (Maps Of Real Estate Division, Geodetic Surveys, Permanent And Temporary Map Of Real Estate) For The Purposes Of Obtaining Land In Accordance With The Zrid Procedure - Min. 3 Copies; C) Determining The Division Projects On The Ground And The Designation Of Boundaries With Pd Columns; D) The Implementation Of Geotechnical Resea
