Tenders Are Invited For The Provision Of Funeral Services Ordered By The Social Welfare Center Of The Śródmieście District Prof. Andrzej Tymowski In The Burial Of The Dead
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Funeral Services For The Social Welfare Center Of The Śródmieście District Prof. Andrzej Tymowski In The Śródmieście District Of The City Of Warsaw, From 01.07.2025 To 31.12.2025 (Or From The Date Of The Contract To December 31, 2025, If Its Concluded After July 1, 2025), Pursuant To The Provisions Of: 1) Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance; 2) The Act Of 31 January 1959 On Cemeteries And Hiding The Dead And; 3) Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 27 December 2007 On The Issue Of Permits And Certificates For Transporting The Corpse Of Human Remains; 4) Resolutions Of Lx/1840/2009 Of The Warsaw City Council Of 27 August 2009 On The Principles Of Funerals And Reimbursement Of Funeral Costs Implemented By The Capital City Of Warsaw Warsaw; 5) The Regulations Of The Cemetery Where The Burial Is Made. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Services Was Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Which Is Annex 1 To Swz And The Offer Form, Which Is Annex 2 To Swz.3. Estimated Number Of Funeral (Standard) Services During The Contract For The Contract - 35 Burials. 4. The Funeral Should Take Place With Respect For The Dignity Of Persons And Their Families, In Accordance With The Norms And Customs Adopted In This Respect, And In Accordance With The Provisions Set Out In The Act Of 31 January 1959 On Cemeteries And Hiding The Dead And Enforcement Provisions To This Act.
