The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Waste From Their Storage Sites, I.E.: A Waste Warehouse Located In The Building Of The Rss Latawiec Hospital In Świdnica, Ul. Leśna 27-29, Pickup Three Times A Week, I.E. On Monday, Wednesday, Friday From From 7:30 To 13: 00.B) From The Waste Warehouse Located In The Hospital In Żarów Ul. Wojska Polskiego 7, Pickup Once A Week On Wednesday Until 13: 00.3. In The Event That On The Day Of The Established Waste Collection There Is A Holiday Or Public Holiday, The Contractor Should Provide The Next Possible Period Of Waste Collection In Advance, Not Longer Than 72 Hours. Distance Between Acceptance. 4. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Additional Waste Collection Outside The Schedule, After Prior Agreement. 5. Estimated Monthly Amount Of Waste Approx. 13,000 Kg. 6. The Contractors Obligations: A) Waste Loading And Unloading, B) Weighing Waste In The Presence Of The Contracting Representative, C) Each Disinfection Of Waste Warehouse Rooms And Sulo Waste Containers Confirmed By Stickers With Disinfection Date And The Name Of The Means Used, D) Each Time Confirming The Collection Of Waste On The Prints In Accordance With Applicable Regulations - Waste Transmission Card And - Issuing A Document Confirming The Disposal Of The Collected Infectious Waste By Burning. 7.
