Suspension Clause: “The Procedure For Awarding The Public Procurement Contract Is Initiated Under The Present Suspensive Clause, In The Sense That The Issuance Of The Supply Order Is Conditioned The Signing Of The Financing Contract, Respectively By The Allocation Of The Budget Credits With This Destination, And The Issuance Of The Order To Start The Supply, Making The Provisions Of The Provisions.
