Part 1 Of The Order - Reconstruction (Modernization) Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In Dąbrowica With A Length Of Approx. 330.00 M And Width 3 M, Whose Scope And Type Of Works Include In Particular: 1. Preparation Of The Substrate For The Construction Layers Of The Road Surface - Mechanical Profiling And Soil Density, Which Ensures Stability And Adequate Load Capacity For Further Surface Layers. 2. Modernization Of The Existing Foundation Of Roads - Alignment Of The Existing Road Foundation Using A Sorted Stone Stone, Which Will Be Mechanically Compacted, Which Will Improve The Quality And Durability Of The Road. 3. Surface Consolidation Of Road Surfaces-The Use Of Asphalt Or Tar Stabilized With Stone Grits In Various Fractions (12-16 Mm, 8-12 Mm, 5-8 Mm) To Improve The Surface Structure Of The Road And Ensure Its Durability And Resistance To Weather Conditions. 4. Construction Of Roadside Roadside - Construction Of Broken Aggregate, Which Will Ensure The Appropriate Width Of Roads And Improve Road Safety. 5. Vertical Adjustment Of The Channel Manholes - Adaptation Of The Level Of The Wells To The New Level Of Road Surface. The Detachment Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is In Annex 1A To Swz - Design Documentation, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Situational Plan2) Detailed Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works (Sstwior) 3) Preparatory Orders): Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Flat -Rate Nature, The Contractor Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4. And Sstwior. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary In Nature During The Implementation Of The Contract Not Included In The Pre -City Or Works In A Larger Amount In Relation To The Pre -City Adopted In The Prejudice Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Project Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4.
