The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Completion Of The Investment Task Entitled Implementation Of The Second Stage Of Building An Outdoor Gym In The Town Of Mała Wieś. The Order Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of The Surface As Well As The Supply And Installation Of The Equipment. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least 3 Years Of Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Contract; 2) 5 Years Of Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Contract. Annex 6 To Swz And Annex 7 To Swz. The Terms Of The Contract Were Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex 5 To Swz.
