Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Proof Documentation And Execution Of Works Of And Others Works And Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Task Pn. Construction Of A Water Supply Network For The Town Of Dzierzkowa And Cz. Przeworno Town
1. Type Of Order: Construction Works. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation And Construction Works Arising From It With Other Work Activities In The Scope Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Water Supply Network For The Town Of Dzierzkowa And Parts Of Przeworno. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) Development Of Project Documentation, 2) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of Lack Of Objection To The Application Of Construction Works Covered By The Project Documentation From The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority, 3) Execution Of Construction Works Resulting From Developed And Approved Project Documentation, 4) Obtaining Permission To Use Or Make An Effective. Notification Of The Building Supervision Authority (By Effective Notification Is Understood As A Notification In Relation To Which The Building Supervision Authority Did Not Raise An Objection By Way Of A Decision). 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Relation To The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Functional And Utility Program Regarding The Construction Of A Water Supply Network For The Town Of Dzierzkowa And Parts Of Przeworno, By The Archiefekt Sp. Z O.O., Ul. Piłsudskiego 18/5, 55-011 Siechnice From April 2025, Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.5. As Part Of The Development Of Project Documentation, The Contractor Will Prepare All Necessary Output Materials, Obtain All Agreements Required By Law, Opinions, Administrative Decisions, Technical Conditions And Permits Necessary To End The Entire Scope Of Works. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure By The Authorized Designer Authors Supervision Over The Prepared Construction Project During The Implementation Of The Task Covered By The Abovementioned Documentation. 7. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Technical Solutions, Devices And Equipment Used To Be High Quality Ensuring Long And Reliable Operation, And All Devices, Work And Installations Not Listed In Detail In The Standards Or Regulations Were Made In Accordance With The Art Art And The Contractors Experience, Including: 1) All Proposed Devices Should Come From Producers Who Ensure Efficient Conduction Of Post -Warranty Repairs And The Supply Of Replacement Parts; Prototype Devices, Not Proven In Correct Operation, 2) Are Not Allowed To Use Manufacturers And Types, 3) The Elements Of The Equipment Structure Should Be Made When Selecting Devices, The Elements Of The Device Should Be Made Of Materials Resistant To The Corrosion Of The Environment In Which They Will Be Installed. 8. The Route Of Water Supply Pipes Should Be Designed In The Distinctive Routes Taking Into Account Its Cross -Section, After Analyzing The Area Of The Terrain And Property Rights (Available And Regulated Legal Status).
