1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Reconstruction Of The Indicated Didactic Rooms And Thermomodernization Of The Main Building And The Sports Hall Of The Primary School In Dzierzgon - According To The Parameters Specified In The Attached Project Documentation And In The Daily Works. The Order Is Carried Out With Financial Support Under 2 Projects, Respectively The Commune Of Dzierzgoń Creates A Modern Education System, Conducted Under The Regional Program, European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Efs+ And Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Educational Institutions In The Commune Of Dzierzgoń - Primary School And Gymnastics In Dzierzgon (Ul. Krzywa 17), Implementing The B1.1.3 Investment. Replacement Of Heat Sources And Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of Schools Component B Green Energy And Reduction Of Energy Consumption Within The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increase Immunity. The Reconstruction And Thermomodernization Of The Indicated Rooms And Buildings Should Be Carried Out To The Extent Necessary-To Create Correct Didactic And Entertainment Functions In Them And Achieve The Assumed Technical And Exploitation Parameters, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations For This Type Of Facilities. Part 1-Reconstruction Of Rooms And Thermomodernization Of The School Building At Ul. Curve2. The Employer Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers And In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs. 3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Awarding Of Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Points 7 And 8.4. The Contracting Authority Requires A Minimum Of 36-Month Warranty, For Technologies Used And Completed Construction And Assembly Works As Well As For Built-In Products And Materials. Regardless Of The Rights Arising From The Quality Guarantee Granted, The Employer May Exercise The Rights Under The Warranty For Defects. The Warranty Date Is Equal To The Statutory Term Reserved In Art. 568 Para. 1 Kc.5. A Detailed Description And Manner Of Performance Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex 10 To Swz. Note: 1) Due To The Fact That Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Facilities Of An Active Educational Institution, The Contracting Authority Puts The Contractors To Take Into Account, The Following Organizational And Logistics Requirements: A) The Implementation Of Works Provided For The Implementation Of The School Building At Ul. Krzywe, Should Be Carried Out During A Summer Break In Classes, I.E. From 30.06.2025.
