The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Catering Services During Meetings Organized By The Entrepreneurship And Innovation Department Of The Nicolaus Copernicus University In 2025. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To December 16, 2025 Or To Prior Exhaustion Of Funds Allocated For The Implementation Of The Contract. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Contract Template With Attachments, Constituting Annex 7A To Swz. 4. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act, Requires Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship By A Contractor (Or Subcontractor) At Least One Person - The Chef Supervising The Preparation Of Meals As Part Of Catering Services Covered By A Given Part Of The Order. Employment Requirements On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Were Specified In § 5 Of The Contract Template (Annex 7A To Swz). The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Providing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (I.E. 2025, Item 277, As Amended). Note! The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To The Offer Of Natural Persons Conducting Business Activity And Partners Of Partnerships Who Will Commit To Personal Benefit Described In The First Sentence. 5. The Ordering Party, Within The Limits Specified In The Provision Of Art. 462 Et Seq. Of The Act, Allows The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract By The Contractor Using Subcontractors. The Contractor, Who Intends To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, Indicates In The Offer Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Gives The Names Of Possible Subcontractors If They Are Already Known.
