The Contracting Authority Estimated Amounts Based On Current Consumption. In The Case Of This Order, The Total Value Of The Contract Plays A Key Role, Which Will Be Given In The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order Of These Articles In The Tender Price Until The End Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Approved For Marketing And Use In Accordance With The Provisions In Force For Hospitals. The Contractor Up To 10 Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract But Not Later Than Before The First Delivery Of Purchased Funds Under Pain Of Terminating The Contract With The Contractor And Calculating Contractual Penalties), Will Provide And Install All Required Dispensing Systems And Boxes In Places Indicated By The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Contract Must Comply With Current Clp Regulations.
