The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Manufacturers Technical Support Service For The It Equipment Owned By The Ordering Party - Two Quantum Deduplicators. The Order Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In Swz And In The Attachments To Swz, And In Particular In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Constituting Annex 2 To Swz And In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute An Attachment No. 6 To Swz. The Start Of The Provision Of The Support Service Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party With Documents Confirming The Purchase Of The Manufacturers Technical Support For The Equipment Indicated In Chapter 2 Sopz. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Any Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of The Source Or A Special Process, Which Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor - It Should Be Assumed That The Contracting Authority Gave The Description With The Indication And Allowing Balance Offers Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Legal Basis - Art. 99 Para. 5 Of The Act). If There Are Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Act, This Should Only Be Treated As A Help In Describing The Subject Of The Contract. In Each Case, Equivalent Solutions Are Permissible. The Employer Will Not Reject The Offer For The Lack Of Compliance With The Above -Mentioned Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Act, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of The Means Of Evidence, That The Proposed Solutions To An Equivalent Extent Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Legal Basis - Article 101 (5) Of The Act).
