The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Hotel And Restaurant Services Along With The Service Of Meeting, Trainings Or Meetings Hereinafter Referred To As Training And The Stay Of Mzor Arma Employees In A Training Center, Implemented By The Successive Rental Of The Center Located At A Distance Of Not More Than 90 Km From (According To Googlemaps) Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Warsaw, Al. John Paul Ii 70, Excluding Centers Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of Warsaw. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz. The Option Of: 441 Para. 1 Of The Act. The Exercise Of The Right Of The Option Will Consist Of Increasing To A Maximum Of 40%, Provided For In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Number Of Ordered Rooms Or The Number Of Persons (Participants) Indicated In Table A Of The Offer Form, Also In The Event Of Exhaustion Of The Maximum Amount Of The Contract, Intended For The Implementation Of The Basic Order. The Right Option, In The Event Of An Increase In The Number Of Ordered Rooms Or The Number Of Persons, Also Includes Providing Rooms And The Organization Of Transport Transport, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Swz And The Basic Order Prices Indicated In Table B And Table C Of The Offer Form. A) The Right Option Will Be Implemented On The Same Conditions As Basic Order; B) Unit Prices Options Will Be Identical To The Basic Orders, Specified In The Offer Form Attached To The Offer Submitted By The Contractor (Annex 1 To Swz); C) About The Intention To Exercise The Right Of Options, The Employer Will Inform The Contractor In A Separate Letter/Statement.
