The Subject Of The Contract Is: Administrative Support Of The Platform Of Magazines Of The University Of Opole. 1. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1.1 To Swz.2. The Employer Allows The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract By Means Of Electronic Means Available On The Contractors Side, With The Proviso That The Employer Will Have Electronic Funds Enabling Their Collection. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Completed For The Contracting Authority, At The Risk Of The Contractor And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Of The Contractor. 4. The Contractor, Before The Planned Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Will Notify The Ordering Party Of A Specific Day And Time Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract Is: Twelve [12] Months From The Date Of The Contract, Subject To Point 6.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Launch The Subject Of The Contract Within Seven [7] Calendar Days From The Date Of The Contract. 7. The Deadline For Launching The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In Point 6 Is The Maximum Date To Launch The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor May Indicate A Shorter Date Of Launching The Subject Of The Contract, But Not Less Than One [1] Calendar Day From The Date Of The Contract. Points 19.2.2. Swz Is Used.
