Warszawska 43, 21-002 Jastków. The Contractor Has An Obligation To Prepare Meals Based On A Weekly Menu Developed By A Person With Experience In Composing Menus. The Menu Is Created Taking Into Account Various Dietary Preferences, Such As Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten -Free. The Contractor, In The Case Of Allergies Or Food Intolerance, Any Of The Project Participants Will Use Substitutes After Prior Agreement With The Employer. Any Changes To The Menu Suggested By The Contracting Authority Will Be Binding On The Contractor. Planned Estimated Total Amount Of Meals Delivered (Two -Course Dinners) Throughout The Duration Of The Contract 8,400 Two -Course Dishes. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare Meals From Products Purchased On His Own. The Employer Reserves The Right To Periodically Control, In Terms Of Compliance Of The Supplied Meals With Weight Requirements (Weight) And The Appropriate Temperature Of The Supplied Meals Described In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Required To Comply With Hygiene Rules When Preparing And Distributing Meals And Transporting Meals On Its Own, A Vehicle Adapted For Food Transport. The Employer Reserves That He May Order The Service Of A Service For Fewer People Than He Predicted, For Reasons Beyond His Control, And The Contractor States That He Resigns From Any Damages In This Respect. At The Same Time, Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Declares That The Minimum Scope Of The Benefit Is 60 % Of The Contract Value. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On The Safety Of Food And Nutrition Of 25 August 2006 (I.E. In The Event Of Questioning The Correctness Of The Nutritional Services Provided By The Contractor In The Ordering Party, By External Sanitary Services And Imposing A Financial Penalty On The Employer - The Penalty Will Be Fully Deducted From The Remuneration Of The Contractor Due.
