4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is A Hotel Service Consisting In Ensuring Accommodation With Breakfast In Jelenia Góra, For Participants Of Cultural Events Organized By The Jelenia Góra Culture Center As Part Of The Project You And Us, We And You Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Regional Development Fund Under The Interreg Czechy-Polish Cooperation Program 2021-2027. 4.2 The Order Was Divided By The Ordering Party Into Two Parts: 4.2.1 Parts And Orders Include Accommodation With Breakfast For Participants Of Art Workshops Pn.:1) Tango - Accommodation For Czech Participants And Conducting Workshops Of The Argentine Tango In Jelenia Góra From June 13, 2025 To 19 October 2025. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure At Least 96 Personally Within Glass & Roll - Accommodation For Participants Of Music Workshops And The Band From September 4, 2024 To September 7, 2024. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure At Least 31 Personnel Within The Given Date. 4.2.2 Additional Requirements Regarding Parts And Orders: 1) Location: Accommodation Facilities Should Be Located In Jelenia Góra Up To 2000 Meters From The Workshop, I.E. From Ul. 1 Maja 60 In Jelenia Góra To Ensure Quick Access To The Workshop Implementation Place. 2) Food: Breakfast Should Be Served Daily In The Form Of A Buffet Or Breakfast Set. 3) The Rooms Should Be Equipped With Bathrooms, Internet Access And Basic Amenities (Towels, Bedding, Hygiene Products).
