Construction Works For Power Plants And Heating Plants-Project Sgm (Sustainable Growth Mitte)-Mitte Ehwe-Look 1: Planning, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of 3 (Three) E-Hwe À 40 Mwth And Replacement Of 3 (Three) District Heating Pumps, Including The Included Complete Plant Construction (Epc Light Sgm). As Part Of The Transformation Of The Heat Generation Mix And To Ensure The Heat Supply In The Berlin District Heating Network, Berliner Energie And Wärme Gmbh (Bewel) Plans To Build An Electrical Hot Water Generator System (E-Hwe) At The Hkw Mitte Location. The System Is Used To Provide Up To 120 Mw Thermal Performance To Feed Into The Existing District Heating System. The Establishment Of These Hot Water Generation Systems Was Summarized In A Project (Referred To Here As The Overall Project), Which Essentially Consists Of 4 (Four) Loose: Lot 1: Planning, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of 3 (Three) E-Hwe À 40 Mwth And Replacement Of 3 (Three) District Heating Pumps, Including The Included Complete Plant Construction (Epc Light (Epc Light (Epc Light Sgm) Lot 2: High & Civil Engineering Performance To Build A Hwe Building, Switching Plant Building And Transformer Building At The Hkw Mitte (Baulos Sgm) Location <- Not Part Of This Announcement Los 3: Two (2) 125 Mva 110 Kv / 22 Kv Transformers For The Hkw Mitte (Ptsgm) <- Not Part Of This Announcement Los 4: Two (2) 110 Kv Gis Systems With A Simple Collecting Rail, Consisting Of Single-Dining Field And Two Departure Fields, Including Protective And Control Technology, For The Hkw Mitte (Gissgm) <-Not Part Of This Announcement Of This Procurement Preliminary This Is The Lot 1. This Includes: The Turnkey Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Training In Connection With The Establishment Of The E-Hwe System Three Electrodes, Each With 40 Mw Thermal Power. The Boilers Are Hydraulically Integrated Into The Existing District Heating Network Using Heat Exchangers Using A Primary And Secondary Cycle Via Heat Exchangers. In Addition To The Kettles, The Scope Of Services Includes All Auxiliary Systems Pressure Keeping, Emptying, Regulation, Pipelines And Protective Functions As Well As Integration Into The Existing Network Guidance And Protection Technology Of Bew. The Lot 1 Also Includes The Exchange Of Three District Heating Pumps Including The Engine And Frequency Converter. Technical Requirements The System To Be Established Must Meet The Generally Recognized Rules Of Technology, The Applicable Din, En And Vde Regulations As Well As The Requirements For Critical Infrastructures (Criticism). The Producers Are Integrated Using A Network-Separated Primary Circle, Which Are Specifically Tailored To The Conductivity And Ph Requirements Of The Electrode Boilers. The System Is Regulated Automatically With High Dynamics To Ensure A Load And Temperature-Managed Operation. There Are Special Requirements With Regard To Efficiency, Control Quality, Availability, Cyber Security, Protection Technology, Control Technology Integration And The Proof According To Product Security And Environmental Specifications. All Delivered Components Are To Be Designed For Durability And Maintenance -Friendliness.
