Feas Business P/S (Feas) Offers This Contract Regarding Total Advice In Connection With The Construction Of A Tailor -Made Lease Containing, Inter Alia, Laboratories With Associated Teaching And Office Facilities Of Approx. 5,400 M2, Incl. Basement Areas Located Gustav Wieds Vej 10 For Use By Aarhus Universitys Institute Of Bio And Chemical Technology In The Research Park. In Addition, The Contract Also Contains An Option On A Contract On Total Advice Of The Construction Of A Laboratory Of Approx. 2,100 M2. Feas Itself Is Not Subject To The Tender Rules.
