Tenders Are Invited For Evaluation Of Implementation Of Escalation Plan Against Violence And Abuse Against Children And Violence In Close Relationships (2024-2028)
The Ministry Of Justice And Emergency Management Wishes To Have An Evaluation Of The Implementation Of The Escalation Plan Against Violence And Abuse Against Children And Violence In Close Relationships (2024-2028). The Escalation Plan Against Violence And Abuse Against Children And Violence In Close Relationships (2024-2028) Security For All, Has Been Prepared By Nine Ministries Under The Leadership Of The Ministry Of Justice And Emergency Management. The Plan Contains 122 Measures Within Five Areas Of Action: 1) Cooperation And Coordination, 2) Prevention, 3) Assistance And Protection, 4) Criminal Consideration And 5) Violence And Abuse In Sami Society. The Evaluation Will Provide Knowledge About The Degree And How The Measures In The Escalation Plan, And Their Implementation, Help To Achieve The Governments Goal Of Creating A Safe Society For All, Without Violence And Abuse Against Children And Violence In Close Relationships. The Results Of The Evaluation Will Be Part Of The Knowledge Base For Further Development Of The Policy In This Area. It Is Assumed That The Contractor Has Knowledge Of Violence And Abuse Against Children And Violence In Close Relationships. The Ministry Of Justice And Emergency Management Requests That The Provider Himself Proposes A Method For The Work. The Ministry Wants To Start The Project As Soon As Possible And Immediately After The Conclusion Of The Contract. The First Sub -Report Will Be Delivered To The Ministry By May 15, 2027. Final Report Will Be Submitted By The Ministry No Later Than June 30, 2029. The Final Deadline For The Agreement Is June 30, 2029. The Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is From Nok 2.8 Million Excl. Vat. (Nok 3.5 Million Incl. Vat) To Nok 3.2 Excl. Vat. (4 Million Incl. Vat.) The Estimate Is Not Binding On The Client.
