The Services Required Under The Contract Relate To The Following Items; (I) Review, Update And Develop Cost Estimating Procedures; (Ii) Preparation Of Detailed Cost Estimates And Related Items; (Iii) Value Engineering; (Iv) Risk Management; (V) Peer Review Of Work By Others Further Details On The Requirements Can Be Found In The Rft Documentation.
