Tenders Are Invited For Election Of An Electricity Supplier And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For Low Voltage Sites For The Needs Of Pavel Banya Municipality, The Secondary Authorizers With A Budget And The Structural Units On The Territory Of The Municipality
The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity Of Low Voltage Of The Balancing Group Coordinator, Full Administration Of The Information Stream With Eso And The Expenditure Of The Unbalancers, For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Pavel Banya, The Secondary Budget And The Structural Units Of The Municipality, The Secondary Regulations With The Municipality. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity For The Duration Of The Contract Is: 3 283 681,03 Kwh. The Amount Of Electricity Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On The Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Quantities Of The Documentation Are Estimated For The Contract Term And Are Determined On The Basis Of Previous Consumption Of The Contracting Authority, Calculated For 24 Months And High Estimated By 20 %, With The Contracting Authority Does Not Undertake To Use Them And Not Limit Them. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Statutory Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. They Will Be Paid By The Contracting Authority. In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Will Be Concluded For Combination Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Ptee (Rules For Trade In Electricity).
