The Procedure Is Opened On The Grounds Of Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Public Procurement Act And In Accordance With Decree No. 347 Of 08.12.2016 Of The Council Of Ministers, Which Approved A List Of The Goods Under Art. 79 And Art. 191, Para 1, Item 6 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Subject Of The Procedure Is A Commodity That Is Traded On The Commodity Exchange, Which Is The Basis For The Award Of The Procedure By Negotiation Without Prior Notice, In Accordance With Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Delivery Of The Goods Will Be Carried Out On The Commodity Exchange Through A Stock Exchange Broker, Under The Conditions Of The Law On Commodity Exchanges And Markets. The Contract For This Contract Will Be Concluded With The Sofia Commodity Exchange Ad, Under The Terms And Procedure Entered In Their Stock Rules.
