Fesibility Study - Elaboration Of Feasibility Study For Making An Electrical Transformation (Traction) Multitension At The Făurei Railway Testing Center That Has The Possibility Of Variation Of The Nominal Parameters And The Recovery Brakes. The Objective Pursued By The Acquisition Of The Service Of Elaborating Feasibility Study Is The Realization Of A Transformation Substance (Traction) With Several Voltages (25 Kvca, 15 Kvca, 3 Kvcc, 1.5 Kvcc, 0.75 Kvcc), With The Possibility Of Variation Of The Nominal Voltage And The Recovery Braking, Which Will Lead To The Test, The Test And The Test Capacity Technologies At The Level Of Safety And Interoperability Imposed By The Technical Specifications Of Interoperability Approved By European Regulations, And Will Allow Realistic Simulations Of The Operational Conditions In The Railway Network. The Award Of The Service Contract Is Aimed At, In Addition To The Acquisition Of The Feasibility Study (Including Studies, Expertise, Documentation, Necessary Agreements) And The Elaboration Of The Documentation For The Approval Of The Technical-Economic Indicators And The Promotion Of The Government Decision, The Elaboration Of The Technical Documentation For The Award Of The Contracts For The Design And Execution Of The Works, Documentation And Assistance To Obtain Financing By Accessing Non -Reimbursable European Funds. This Objective Is Included In The Project The Modernization And Extension Of The Făurei Railway Test Center In Order To Increase The Quality And Capacity To Test The Systems And Subsystems And Constructive Elements Of The Railway Transport System Initiated By The Contracting Authority.
