Repair And Maintenance Services Of Motor Vehicles And Associated Equipment - Framework Agreement On Repair And Maintenance Services, Including Itp, For Suzuki Vitara Cars. The Object Of The Framework Agreement Is The Purchase Of The Repair And Maintenance Services, Including The Itp, For The Suzuki Vitara Brand Cars In The Endowment Of The Court Of Accounts Of Romania - The Audit Authority. The Technical Specifications Requested By The Contracting Authority Can Be Found In The Specifications. The Public Procurement Procedure Will Be Completed By The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 48 (Forty), Without Resuming The Competition, With All The Economic Operators Whose Offers Have Been Declared Admissible, Following The Application Of The Award Criterion The Lowest Price. During The Framework Agreement, The Conclusion Of At Least 4 (Four) Subsequent Contracts-Maximum 10 Subsequent Contracts Is Estimated. The Duration Of Subsequent Contracts Will Be At Least 1 (One) Month, Maximum 12 (Twelve) Months. The Award Of Subsequent Contracts Will Be Made According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And The Budgetary Funds That Will Be Allocated With This Destination.
