Construction-Site Supervision Services-Order For The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Selection Of Contractors For The Provision Of Consulting Services In Accordance. Art. 166, Para 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Spatial Planning In The Execution Of Sites With A Contracting Authority Mladost - Sofia Municipality. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With 3 (Three) The Participant, In Which All Conditions Have Not Been Determined, For The Award Of Public Procurement Contracts For The Implementation Of The Assessment Activities For Compliance Of Investment Projects, By Preparing A Compliance With The Essential Requirements Of Art. 169 Para. 1, Items 1-6 Of The Law On Spatial Planning (Territorial Development Act), Subject To The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 5 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of Sites, In Accordance With Article 166 And 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act In Volume And Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Spatial Planning Act And The Respective By -Laws, Preparation Of A Technical Passport Of The Site, In Accordance With Article 176B Of The Territorial Development Act. For The Technical Passports Of The Construction Works And The Preparation Of The Necessary Documentation For The Acceptance Of The Site By The Contracting Authority, As Well As Its Commissioning. The Scope, The Main Parameters And The Conditions Under Which The Activities Included In The Public Procurement Will Be Implemented Will Be Determined In Each Specific Award By Conducting An Internal Competitive Choice In Accordance With Art. 82, Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Act.
