Regular Activities And Activities On Request Are Necessary For The Existing San Infrastructure, Consisting Of 4 Fibre Channel Switches, 10 Storage Units And 2 Datacore Knots. Regular Activities Are About Proactively Recognizing Problems And Bottlenecks And Keeping The Systems Up To Date. The Activities Should Be Planned And Carried Out In Consultation With The Client. This Maintenance Is To Be Carried Out Once A Quarter. Requirements -Dependent Activities Include Requirements That Are Not Covered By Regular Activities. These Activities Are Assessed By The Client Up To 50% Remote Share. An Additional Effort Is Estimated For About 20 Personal Days Per Year (Approx. 5 Personal Days Per Quarter) For Activities On Request.
