The Purchase Of A Number Of 384 Pcs. Industrial Cold Water Meters, With Nominal Diameters Between Dn 50 - 200, Equipped With Radio With Wmbus Communication Protocol (Who, Open Standard Of Communication, Allowing The Integration Into The Existing Reading System Of The Oradea Sa). 3. The Purchase Of A Number Of 50 Pcs. Gateway Data Concentrates Together With Technical Support For Mounting And Ensuring Connectivity And Television Received By Gateway, For At Least 36 Months. 4. Mounting A Number Of 11,270 Pcs. Cold Water Meters, With Nominal Diameters Between Dn15 - Dn40, On The Connections Of The Users In The Territorial Administrative Units, From The Oradea Water Company. 5. The Supplier/Provider Undertakes To Receive A Minimum Number Of 27,652 Pcs. Old Counters In The Buy-Back System. The Number Of Meters Taught In The Buy-Back System Can Be Extended Up To The Maximum Amount Of 30,000 Pcs. Meters. The Supplier/Provider Will Offer Both The Sale Price Of The New Meter To The Contracting Entity And The Purchase Of The Old Meter From The Contracting Entity. Through The Buy-Back System, The Supplier/Provider Will Be In Possession Of A Number Of 11,270 Pcs. Following The Installation Of The New Meters, And The Difference Will Be Raised From The Contracting Entitys Warehouse After Counting Them In The Presence Of The Representatives Of Both Parties, These Are Already Out Of Use. The Transport Costs From The Contracting Entitys Warehouse Will Be Borne By The Supplier/Provider In The Contracted Value. The Duration Of The Contract Is 12 (Twelve) Months From The Written Order Of The Purchaser, To Which Are Added At Least 60 (Sixties) Months, In Compliance With The Updated Execution Chart. The Supplier/Provider Will Update The Execution Chart Within A Maximum Of 3 Working Days From The Written Order.
