The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Modernization Of The Fuel Composition No. 1 - Favors And The Execution Of The Scope Specified In Detail Below And Attachments To Swz. 2. Construction Intention Consists In Demolition Of Underground Tanks And Infrastructure, Construction Of Fuel Storage Reservoirs And Accompanying Infrastructure, Including Technological Pipelines, Construction Of The Fire Tank. And Container Fire Pumping Station, Reconstruction Of The Internal Road, Construction Of The Maneuvering Square And Other External Installations. 3. The Construction Intention Has A Decision On Building And Demolition Permit No. 155/24 Issued On 04.10.2024 By The Łódź Voivode. 4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Construction Industry, 2) Sanitary Industry, 3) Electrical And Power Industry, 4) Telecommunications Industry, 5) Road Industry, 6) Land Development, 7) The Investment Also Includes: - Performance Acceptance Of Works, - Execution Of The Necessary As -Built Measurements, - Execution Of As -Built Geodetic Inventory, - Execution Of As -Built Documentation. 5. Date Of Order Performance: 1) The Date Of Commencement Of The Contract: On The Date Of Signing The Contract. 2) Date Of Execution Of Construction And Development Works: Up To 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 3) The Date Of Transfer To Use (Based On The Obtained Administrative Decision Enabling Commencing Use): Up To 26 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 4) Contract Settlement Date: Up To 28 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 5) Warranty Service For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Transferring The Subject Of The Contract To Use. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Provides Consumables. 6) The Period Of Guaranteed And Warranty For The Performed Subject Of The Contract, Materials Used, Supplied Devices As Well As Equipment And Equipment: 36 Months (Warranty) And 60 Months (Warranty) From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of Construction Works. (Planned Deadline For Completion Of The Task - 2027/2028)
