The Purpose Of The Contract Is Indirect Management, Under The Concession Modality, For The Construction And Exploitation Of Hospitality, Cafeteria-Restaurant Services, In The Facilities Of The Sports Equipment Plot, Of The I-9 Sector, Of Navalcarnero (Madrid), In Accordance With The Technical Characteristics That Consist Of The Technical Prescriptions (Ppt). The Bidding Base Budget, As Indicated In The Viability Study, The Estimate Of Annual Income For The Exploitation Of The Cafeteria-Restaurant Would Amount To The Amount Of 260590.91 Euros, Excluded Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is Obtained From The Estimate Of The Net Amount Of The Business Figure (Excluded Vat), Which According To The Viability Study In The File, Is Expected During The Exploitation Of The Contract. In This Sense, The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To The Amount Of 6,514,772.73 Euros.
