Setting Up And Operating A Cloud Application For The Management Of Buildings And Goods In The Context Of Inventory, Problem Follow-Up And Risk Management (Qhse Management Software) For The Flemish Brabant Provincial Government. The Provincial Government Wishes To Use A Cloud Application On The Management Of Quality, Health, Safety And The Environment Or Qshe Management Software. Hereby She Wishes To Manage Her Movable Property That Are Present At The Various Locations And To Perform The Necessary Actions And Procedures On Problem Follow -Up, Safety And Risk Management. More Specifically, The Provincial Government Wishes To Be Able To Manage Its Branches, Buildings And Classrooms, Containing Assets (Work Equipment, Installations, Machines, Collective And Personal Protective Equipment, ...). She Also Wishes That Periodic And Preventive Inspections And Checks Can Be Scheduled For These Operating Resources In Order To Be In Line With The Applicable Legislation. In Addition, A Way Of Problem Following Is Also Considered Whereby Reports, Tasks And/Or Actions Can Be Registered And Treated To Locations And/Or Business Assets. These Reports Can Either Arise From A Defect Noted By An Employee Or By An Inspection Carried Out, After Which Actions Are Needed. In Addition, The Personal And Collective Protective Equipment, The Training Courses, The Hazardous Substances And The Information About The Environment Must Also Be Managed.
