Engineering Services-Cleaning, Measurement, Adjustment, Maintenance And Installation Of Ventilation Systems. The City Of Kotka (Contracting Unit, Subscriber) Requests Tenders For Special Services For Cleaning, Measurement, Control, Maintenance And Installation Work In Accordance With The Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes. The Procurement Procedure Forms A One (1) Year Framework Arrangement, To Which Two (2) Service Providers Will Be Selected. The Acquisition Will Be Carried Out As A Framework Arrangement, As The Number Of Services To Be Obtained And The Exact Content Cannot Be Evaluated In Advance. By A Unilateral Decision, The Subscriber Shall Have The Right To Continue One (1) One -Year Fixed -Term Contract Period By Introducing One (1) Two (2) Year Option. The Subscriber Notifies The Introduction Of The Option Period In Writing At Least 3 Months Before The End Of The Current Contract Period. If The Subscriber Adopts The Option, The Terms Of The Contract To Be Competitive Now Apply To It As Such. Parts Offers Are Not Allowed. Alternative Offers Are Not Allowed.
