Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply and Installation of Oracle Exadata Systems and Related Software Licenses for Sri Lanka Customs. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders and upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees One Hundred Thousand (LKR. 100,000/-) to the Chief Shroff, 2nd Floor, Sri Lanka Customs on working days, from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on or before 06.06.2025. The method of payment will be by cash only. Bids must be delivered to Logistics Directorate, 6th floor, Sri Lanka Customs, No. 40, Main Street, Colombo 11, before 3.00 p.m. on 06.06.2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the bid closing in the presence of the bidders representatives, who choose to attend at 3.00 p.m. on 06.06.2025. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of bank guarantee of not less than Sri Lankan Rupees Twenty Three Million (LKR 23,000,000.00).
