Action: Fenx.02.04 Adaptation To Climate Change, Preventing Disasters And Disasters. Description Of The Existing State And Previous Implementation Of The Undertaking: As Part Of The Previous Implementation Of The Project, Pre-Project Work (Concept) Was Carried Out In 2022, Which Included:-Geodetic And Measuring (Geodetic Cross-Sections, Excerpts From Land Records And Copies Of Registration Maps, Situations And Sea Maps And Map For Project Purposes); -Natural Screening, -Information Card Of The Undertaking (Kip). The Developed Concept Of Activities Contains A Variant Description Of Technical Solutions And Provides, Among Others Information On: The Location Of The Proposed Undertaking In Relation To Its Location Against The Background Of Geographical Units, Forms Of Nature Protection, Mileage Of Rivers, Their Compliance/Non -Compliance With The Scope Of Strategic And Planning Studies. In Addition, A Natural Inventory Was Performed, Which Was Made To Identify Protection Positions And Rare Or Dying Species Of Plants, Fungi And Animals, As Well As Natural Habitats In The Interest Of The European Community And To Determine The Potential Threats That May Cause The Investment In Question For These Elements Of The Environment In The Area Of ​​Cutting With Areas Covered By Protection Areas Under The Protection Of The European Natura 2000 Network Established And Designed For Introduction.
