Social Work Services With Accommodation - Open House: Displaced Municipality Of Bergen Op Zoom. The Municipality Has The Wish And Duty To Take Care Of The Reception Of Displaced Persons, Including Ukrainian Refugees, On The Basis Of Laws And Regulations Such As, Among Other Things,, But Not Exclusively, The Displacement Of Displaced Ukraine (Roo). The Temporary Daycare Consists Of Organizing And Facilitating A Residential And Sleeping Place, Sanitary Facilities And Taking Care Of Sufficient Cooking Facilities. In The Case Of Displaced Ukrainian Refugees, Temporarily, The Roo Means At Least Ending Up Or When A Displaced Person Finds Or Is Assigned A Different Place Of Residence. Scope Of The Assignment With Entering Into Framework Agreements With One (1) Or Several Service Providers Aims At At Least The Following: - At The Start Of The Framework Agreement (1 August 2025) Of One (1) Or Several Reception Locations Where - May Or May Not Be At The Same Time - At Least Seventy (70) Can Be Destroyed. - - From October 1, 2026, But As Much Earlier As Possible - Available From One (1) Or Several Reception Locations Where - At The Same Time - A Total Of At Least Two Hundred (200) Displaced Persons Within The Boundaries Of The Municipality Of Bergen Op Zoom Can Be Taken Care Of. - Complete Unburdening Of The Municipality In The Field Of Care Of Displaced Persons. This Includes, But Not Exclusively, That The Service Provider Is Responsible For Having A Location Available In Time (Including Possible Necessary Permits), Organizing All The Necessary And Required Facilities At The Location And Managing The Location. - The Day In Which The Service Provider Realizes The Reception Of Displaced Persons Fulfilling A Signaling Function. This Means, But Not Limited, Noticing Deviant Behavior Or Problems Within The Shelter And By Conducting Them To The Right Care And Support. - For A Maximum Reimbursement Of € 56.50 Per Displaced Person Per Day.
