Tenders Are Invited For Performing Construction Works Of Parts Of The Hospital Pharmacy Rooms - Zp -11/25

1. The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Award Of The Contract Consisting In The Execution Of Construction Works Of Parts Of The Rooms Of The Hospital Clinical Hospital Dr J. Babiński Spzoz In Krakow To Adapt Them To Sanitary Requirements. 2. Comprehensive Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In Rooms Located On The Ground Floor And In The Basement Part Of Building No. 13, In The Scope Of: A) Execution Of Construction Works (I.E. Bringing To The Proper Technical Condition Of Damaged And Dirty Surfaces Of The Rooms [Ceilings, Walls]; Bringing To The Proper Technical Condition In The Corridor [Partition Wall]; B) Execution Of Electrical Installation Works (I.E. Partial Replacement Of A Defective Electrical Installation; Replacement Of Lighting Switches); In Addition, The Contractor As Part Of The Order:- Will Be Deported And Disposed Of The Resulting Waste, Debris, Wood And Glass; - Clean The Area After The Works Performed; - It Will Restore The Construction Area To Its Original State After The Works Are Completed. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made Based On The Bill Of Quantities, The Requirements Of The Employer Specified In This Swz, In Particular Specified In The Contract Template - Annex 4 To Swz.4. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Best Knowledge And Experience And With The Utmost Care. 5. The Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works And Built -In Materials Is 36 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report.
