A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By Design Documentation With A Pre-Works Of The Works And Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works. Establishment Is Implemented As Part Of The Task Entitled: Development Of A Tourist And Recreation Base In The Starachowice Commune As Part Of The Postindustrial Tourism Trail Project-Iron Valley. Task 1. Modernization Together With Land Development And Retrofitting Of The Piachy Bathing Beach. At The Stage Of The Investment, It Reserves The Right To Abandon/Resign From The Implementation Of The Following Development Facilities: A Recreational Platform, An Observation Deck, Field Stands And A Badminton Field. The Contractor Will Be Obliged In The Summer, I.E. From 28.06.-31.08.2025 To Carry Out Works In A Non-Clicking Manner With An Active Bathing Beach (Together With The Parking Lot Intended For Him). It Is Not Required, But It Is Anticipated, The Possibility Of Taking A Local Vision By The Contractor Before Submitting The Offer. Due To The Fact That The Order Covers Works In A Public Area, The Contractor May Make A Local Vision Himself. 2) The Availability Of Disabled People: For Disabled People, In Particular Those In Wheelchairs, Do Not Design Thresholds At The Investment Site That Prevents The Use Of Communication Routes And Access To The Designed Building, In Which The Toilet For The Disabled Was Designed, Along With The Necessary Equipment.
