The Subject Of The Contract Is To Supervise The Contracting Authority Of Radiological Protection Conditions Related To The Conducted Activity. I. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Supervision Over Compliance With Business Procedures And Work Instructions As Well As Keeping Documentation Regarding Radiological Protection, Including Those Regarding Employees And Other Persons Staying In The Organizational Unit In Conditions Of Exposure, With The Exception Of Radiological Protection Of Patients Undergoing Therapy And Diagnosis Using Ionizing Radiation; 1A). Preparation Launching And Applying Sources Of Ionizing Radiation And Applications For Launching The Studio, 1B) Collecting Post -Inspection Documentation, Supervising The Implementation Of Post -Inspection Recommendations, 1C) Keeping Technical Documentation And Operational Sources Of Ionizing Radiation Sources And The Workshop; 2) Creating Or Participating In Creating Internal Procedures And Work Instructions Regarding Radiological Protection; 3) Supervision For Employment In A Given Workplace, Including Those Regarding Training Of Employees At The Workplace In The Field Of Radiological Protection; 4) Developing A Dosimetric Measurement Program In The Work Environment Or Individual Dose Measurement Program As Well As Records Of Individual Doses And Presenting These Programs And Records For Approval To The Manager Of The Organizational Unit; 4A) Mediation At The Circulation Of Individual Dosimeters Between Exposed Employees And The Entity Providing Dosimeters And Dosimeters And Entity Making Measuring Individual Doses; 4B) Each Time Explaining The Causes Of Individual Dose Growth Above The Existing Level, In Particular Explaining The Reasons For Exceeding The Limits Of The Dawek, And The Transfer Of This Information To The Ordering Party5) Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Programs Referred To In Point 4; 6) Conducting A List Of Ionizing Radiation Sources; 7) Warning; 8) Informing And Training Employees In The Field Of Radiological Protection; 9) Making A Preliminary Assessment Of Employees Exposure Based On The Results Of Individual Doses Or Dosimetric Measurements In The Work Environment And Presenting Its Organizational Unit Manager; 10) Determining The Equipment Of The Organizational Unit In Individual Protective Equipment, Dosimetric Instruments And Other Equipment For Protecting Employees Against Ionizing Radiation, As Well Operation Of Dosimetric Apparatus, Warning Signaling And The Correct Marking Of Jobs With Ionizing Radiation Sources; 11) Cooperation With The Occupational Health And Safety Service Or People Performing The Tasks Of This Service, People Implementing The Quality Assurance Program, Fire -Fighting Services And Environmental Protection In The Field Of Ionizing Radiation Ionizing Radiation, According To The Nature Of The Activity And The Type Of Authorization Held, In Particular In Relation To: A) Optimization And Dose Limiters (Dosage Li
