Tenders Are Invited For Modernization And Retrofitting Of The Workshop Increasing The Quality Of Vocational Education At The Technical School Complex In Bytom

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation And Based On Its Basis For Construction Works For The Task Entitled Modernization And Retrofitting Of The Laboratory-Improving The Quality Of Vocational Education In The Technical School Complex In Bytom. The Subject Of The Contract Will Therefore Be Carried Out In The Design-Buduj System. The Scope Of The Task Includes In Particular: 1) Adaptation And Renovation Of The Locker Room Rooms And In Practical Vocational Training Rooms For The Needs Of Disabled People, 2) Adaptation Of The Toilet In The Building For The Needs Of Disabled People, 3) Adaptation And Renovation Of Communication Routes And Lighting, Taking Into Account The Needs Of Disabled People, 4) Adjusting The Entrance To The Building, At An Appropriate Maneuvering Space For Disabled Users (E.G. In Prams), 5) For Disabled People, 6) Renovation Of A Part Of The Flyover With Moisture Insulation, 7) Performance And Renovation Of The Central Heating, Electrical, Internet And Water Installation. The Detachment Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contains A Functional And Utility Program, Which Is An Attachment To Swz.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Contracting Authority To The Contracting Authority Of The 60-Month Warranty And Handle Construction Works. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Warranty Period, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria (See: Part Xviii Swz). 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Labor Code Of The Labor Act All Persons Performing Construction Works Such As General Construction Works, Assembly, Installation And Other General -Construction Works Mentioned In The Previous By The Contractor As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Not Required To Perform. Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Abovementioned Works, Cooperating Persons Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 13 October 1998 On The Social Insurance System, As Well As The Incumbent Members Of The Managing Or Supervisory Authorities Of The Contractor, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partner Company To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform The Service To The Contracting Authority Or Contractor. The Above Shall Apply Accordingly To Subcontractors. Determining The Method Of Documenting Employment Of These Persons, The Contracting Authoritys Rights In The Scope Of Compliance And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Proposed Contractual Provisions. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer Part Of The Contract, Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Possible Subcontractors If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability Fo
