The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Construction Of The Playground In Zdziechowice Drugi - Stage 3, Which Include: A) Preparatory And Measuring Works - Location Of Devices And Safe Surfaces On The Plot, B) Earthworks - Excavations For The Foundations Of Devices, Leveling The Area Under The Hypertrophic Mats C) Installation Of Play Equipment: - Swing Swing, Disc, - Trampoline, - Spring Rocker (2 Pcs) D) Safe Surface Under The Devices - According To The Design: 1. The Contracting Authority Has Hypertrophic Mats In An Amount Of 25.0 M2, Others From The Previous Stage Of The Task That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor. The Contractors Duties Would Include The Collection Of Material From Msc. Zaklików, Delivery To The Construction Site And Assembly Of Matting According To The Project. The Contractor Will Buy The Remaining Amount Required In The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Fact In The Submitted Offer. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of The Next (Third) Stage Of The Investment Task Specified In Point 4.1. Some Of The Play Elements Were Installed In Previous Stages. The Assembly Of A Play Device No. 1 With A Safe Surface Under This Device And Land Development (Fences, Hardening, Elements Of Small Architecture - Benches, Baskets And Bicycle Rack) 3 Will Remain To Be Carried Out. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Geodetic Service Of The Investment (Delineating Works And As -Built Inventory).
