The Scope Of Works For Each Part Includes The Performance Of The Following Works: A) Linear Measuring Works In The Plain Area - Delineation Of The Road; B) Making The Trough Under The Surface Of The Panels With A Thickness Of 30 Cm Together With The Export Of The Soil From The Correction; C) A Thickness Of 15 Cm Mechanically Concentrated; D) Delivery Of Materials To The Place Of Construction; E) Making The Road From 12.5 Cm Thick. Entrances To The Property; F) Vertical Adjustment Of The Wells Of Wells, Inlets And Valves To The Ordinances Of The Surface; G) Surface Care (Backfill Of Holes With Compaction); H) Making The Surface Of The Surface Around The Well From The Well -Bituminous Mixture; I) Supplementing The Roadside On Both Sides Of The Road On Both Sides Of The Road On A Width Of 0.75M Along With The Payment And The Correction Clean. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By This Order Is Determined By The Attached Technical Documentation. 4. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Technical Approval Of Ibdim Or Another Certificate Or A Report On Research On Another Equivalent Certification Unit Located In The List Of The Polish Center For Accreditation Or Another Unit Assessing Compliance With Other Member States Regarding The Use Of Openwork Plates. Failure To Present The Above Document Will Be Treated As Evading The Conclusion Of The Contract. 5. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Law, Other Contractual Documents, Building Art Principles, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining The High Quality Of The Materials And Solutions Used, And In A Way That Ensures Future Trouble -Free And Economic Use Of The Resulting Infrastructure In Accordance With Its Planned Purpose, As Well As Removing All Defects And Faults That Occur. In The Warranty Period And The Warranty Granted By The Contractor.
