The Subject Of The Contract Is The Technical Service Of Electrical Equipment And Installations In The Building Of The District Court In Warsaw At Ul. Czerniakowska 100 In Warsaw. The Order Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out For 24 Months From The Date Of The Contract, Except That Not Earlier Than From August 5, 2025, The Contracting Authority Invites All Interested Contractors To Make A Local Vision Of The Place Covered By The Scope Of The Order At Ul. Czerniakowska 100 In Warsaw, Which In The Event Of Interest In Its Completion Is Planned On May 13, 2025 At 11:00. Meeting Inside The Building At Ul. Czerniakowska 100 In Warsaw, At Security Gates. The Vision Will Be Carried Out In The Presence Of Members Of The Tender Committee. A Local Vision Is Not Obligatory In A Local Vision, And Therefore The Provisions Of Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 18 Of The Act. In Connection With The Above, People Interested In Taking Part In The Vision Are Asked To Report Participation Together With The Name Of The Participants By Name - By The End Of May 12, 2025 In The Case Of The Lack Of Entries Of Participation, The Vision Will Not Take Place. The Contracting Authority, At The Request Of The Contractor, Will Provide Available For Inspection, From The Date Of Publication Of The Order Announcement To The Day Of Opening Of The Offers, At The District Court In Warsaw At Ul. Czerniakowska 100 In Warsaw As -Built Documentation. To This End, The Contractor Should Send An Application Electronically To The Following Address: Rzp@Warszawa.So.Gov.Pl Or Via The E-Mail Platform Available At: Https://Ezamińnia.Gov.Pl, Along With The Name And Surname Of The Person To Whom The Abovementioned Documentation. The Application Will Inform The Contractor When He Will Be Able To Read The Abovementioned Documentation. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present A Document Confirming The Personal Data Of The Person Provided In The Application To Whom The Documentation Will Be Made Available. Documentation Is Not Compulsory, And Therefore Will Not Apply The Provisions Of Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 18 Of The Act. 121 Of The Act Reserves The Obligation To Perform In Person By The Contractor Key Parts Of The Contract In The Field Of Control And Inspection Referred To In Para. 8, 9, 17, 18 And 22 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
