Work Detail

The Subject Of The Contract Are The Nutrition Services Of Patients Of The Lower Silesian Addiction Treatment Center In Czarny Bor (Hereinafter Dclu). The Contractor Will Prepare And Deliver Meals For Dclu Patients. The Full -Day Set Consists Of 3 Meals: Breakfast, Two -Course Lunch + Drink, Dinner, Prepared From Own Products. For Dinner And Breakfast, The Ordering Party Requires Tea. Fruits Must Be Served In Raw Form. Vegetables Can Be Served In The Form Of A Salad. Fish Should Be Included In The Menu. Meals Must Be Warm, Imported In Hermetic Containers, With Appropriate Transport, Prepared According To Current Nutritional Standards And In Accordance With The Principles Of Collective Nutrition. The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In The Act Of August 25, 2006. On Food Safety And Nutrition, Including Executive Regulations To The Abovementioned Act. Therefore, When Arranging Menu, You Should Take Into Account:- Diversifying Meals From The Point Of View Of The Selection Of Products, Including Their Seasonality,- The Addition Of Vegetables And Fruits For Each Meal (Preferably In Raw Form), With The Assortment Should Be Diverse,- Presence In The Menus Of Dairy Products: Milk, Cheese, Cream, Yogurt, Kefir,- Type Of Meat And Sausages: And Greasy Sausages To Increase The Consumption Of Poultry And Lean Cold Cuts,- Most Fat In The Diet Should Come From Fish And Vegetable Fats. These Fats Should Only Be An Addition To Dishes, Vegetable Oils, Olive Oil And Soft Margarines Are Recommended,- In The Group Of Foodstuffs Cereal Products, You Should Choose Articles From The So-Called Coarseness- Whole Grain,- Increasing The Consumption Of Essential Fatty Acids, Starch And Dietary Fiber,- Reduction Of Cholesterol, Sugar, Salt,- Avoiding Dishes And Hard-To-Digest Products, E.G. Long Fried, Stew, Mushrooms. The Designer Is To Perform A Day: Approx. 110 Breakfasts, Approx. 110 Dinners, Approx. 110 Dinners, Approx. 110 Dinners, Approx. 110 Dinners.
