The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of A Comprehensive Service For Removing Asbestos-Containing Products (Mainly Asbestos Wavy Plates From Roofing) From Real Estate Located In The Pępowo Commune, Consisting In Securing Waste Containing Asbestos. Loading, Transporting And Transferring To A Landfill With Appropriate Permission To Dispose Of Deposited Asbestos -Containing Products, Received From Their Own, The Amount Of Waste Containing Asbestos Intended For Disposal, Which Will Be Able To Be Removed From The Commune As Part Of The Contract In 2025 In 2025 Amounts To A Total Of 175 Mg (29 Reception Points). The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Removal Of Asbestos Plates, Which May Be Damaged Or Crushed. The Property Of The Order Includes: 1) Security, In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect, Waste Containing Asbestos Collected By The Applicant On The Property, In Particular By Arranging On Pallets, Foil Protection And Preparation For Transport, 2) Loading And Transport Of Waste Containing Asbestos Regulations, 3) Each Time Weighing Asbestos -Containing Products In Individual Applicants During The Presence Of The Owner Of The Property And The Commune Employee (In Accordance With The Collection Schedule Set Out In The Contract) 4) Transfer Of Waste Containing Asbestos For Disposal For Disposal For This Purpose Intended For This Purpose Intended Landfill Hazardous Waste, 5) All Works Accompanying The Correct Conduct And Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular: A) Organizational Actions In Particular: And Preparatory Related To The Local Vision In The Applicants, B) Identification Of Asbestos -Containing Products, C) Organization And Securing The Workplace, D) Ordering The Area After Completing The Work, Including Its Cleaning Of Asbestos Dust In Order To Prevent Emission To The Environment, E) Keeping Waste Records In Order To Transfer The Waste Transmission Card.
