The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Task: Thermomodernization Of The Sp Building No. 10 And Thermomodernization Of The Building Lo No. Vii And The Expansion Of The Zsms With A Connector And Construction Of A Fire Road, Which Includes: 1) The Thermomodernization Of The Sp 10:  Insulation Of All External Walls,  Insulation Door,  Replacement Of Gutters And Downpipes,  Replacement Of Flashings,  Replacement Of Lightning Protection System,  Replacement Of Central Heating Heating Heaters,  Painting Work, Walls, Ceilings,  Renovation Of Internal Electrical Installations,  Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels; 2) Execution Of The Thermomodernization Of The Lo Vii Building:  Insulation Of All External Above -Ground And Basement Walls,  Flat Roof Insulation,  Partial Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery,  Replacement Of Gutters And Drain Pipes,  Replacement Of Flashings,  Replacement Of Lightning Installations,  Replacement Of The Surface Along The Wall Front,  Replacement Of Central Heating Heating Heaters,  Painting Works, Walls, Ceilings,  Renovation Of Internal Electrical Installations,  Assembly Of Photovoltaic Panels, 3) Expansion Of The Sports Championship School Complex With A Connector And A Fire Road Construction; 4) Fire Signal System Installation. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex I.4 To Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.4. Swz.3. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Contained In Annex I.6 To Swz. 4. The Contractor Will Guarantee A Warranty For The Period Of The Contract Such As The Construction Works Granted By The Contractor And The Warranty Equal To The Warranty Period. 5. The Employer Informs That They May Appear In Swz Together With The Attachments Of The Indications Of Customary Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, Photos In The Described Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Serve Only To Determine Visual, Technical And Quality Features. Used In Swz Together With Attachments Of Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Should Be Treated As Examples - The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Products (Materials, Equipment) Equivalent. A Product Is Considered An Equivalent Product That Will Have The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As A Specific Product Indicated In Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of The Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than The Order Described In The Subject Of The Order, It Cannot In Any Way Reduce The Standard And Cannot Change The Rules And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Swz, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality, Usability, Described Or Resulting From Swz. 6.
