3 2. Vehicles That Are The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 1 To Swz. 4. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Seat Of The Ordering Party In Częstochowa At Ul. Haller 1. 5. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Covered By The Minimum Warranty Period, Which Is: 1) For A Passenger Car:- Mechanical Warranty: 24 Months, Without Kilometers,- Warranty For The Paint Coating: 36 Months,- Guarantee For The Perforation Of The Body: 60 Months, 2) For The Trailer: 24 Months,- Counting From The Date Of Signing By The Parties Note: The (Mechanical) Warranty Period For A Passenger Car Is One Of The Criterion For Assessing Offers And Can Be Extended On The Principles Set Out In Chapter Xviii Point 3 Of This Swz. 6. All Additional Arrangements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of Its Implementation Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex 4 To Swz.
