General Requirements: 1) Documents Required To Submit To The Employer 2 Business Days Before The Reporting Of The Subject Of The Contract: A) The Instruction Of The Telescopic Charger And Accessories (Technical And Motor Documentation) In Polish (In Paper Or Electronic Form); B) Ce Certificate Allowing The Machine For Use In The Eu; The Telescopic Charger Must Have A Ce Certificate In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 30 August 2002 On The Compliance System (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 215, As Amended), Which The Contractor Will Confirm The Declaration Of Compliance C) Warranty Card And Conditions Of The Contractor Guarantee No Worse Than The Contract Specified In The Provisions Of The Contract; D) Information About The Required Periods Or Mileage At Which The Machine Inspections Are Required Along With Information Containing The Parameters And Names Of The Manufacturer Of The Necessary Consumables (Oils, Lubricants, Filters, Etc.); E) Full Documentation Necessary To Register The Charger At The Technical Inspection Office. 2) Year Of Production: The Machine Must Be Brand New, Which Is Not A Prototype, With A Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2024. 3) Warranty: The Contractor Will Give The Ordering Party A Guarantee For The Telescope Charger Offered For At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Receipt, Confirmed By The Protocol. Additional Warranty Period, I.E. 24 Months Or 36 Months, Is One Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out At Least 3 Charger Services: • 100 Mtg Of Equipment; • 500 Mtg Of Equipment Operation; • 1000 Mtg Of Equipment Work (Or 30 Days Before The End Of The Warranty Period) .A). The Ordering Party During The Warranty Period And Warranty Will Report The Contractor Disclosed Defects Or Defects In Electronic Form - To The E -Mail Address Provided In The Contract And By Traditional Mail - A Letter Sent To The Contractors Address. The Contractors Response Time To The Contracting Authoritys Notification Is 2 Business Days From The Moment The Contracting Authority Is Submitted By E-Mail. The Defects And Repair Or Replacement Of The Defective Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out Protocol. The Date Of Repair Or Replacement May Not Exceed 7 Business Days From The Date Of The Contracting Authority With An E-Mail. In The Case Of Particularly Complex Repairs - At The Contractors Request - It Is Possible To Extend The Deadline For Removing Defects, But Not Longer Than To 21 Business Days, While The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Replacement Equipment For Not Worse Parameters Than The One Covered By The Order. For Correspondence Between The Parties, In Connection With The Exercise Of The Contracting Authority Under The Warranty, Electronic Addresses Specified In The Contract Will Be Used.
