Expression of Interest for Provision of Construction Works (Minor Works): Malangalanga Grading Centre at Malangalanga ADMARC Depot in Lilongwe - Total Rehabilitation Lot 1: Malangalanga Grading Centre at Malangalanga ADMARC Depot in Lilongwe - Total Rehabilitation which will involve site assessment and development of detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs), followed by the execution of rehabilitation works in the following areas of the buildings: a) Replacement and repair of windows and doors b) Rehabilitation of ceilings in warehouse offices c) Upgrade and repair of sanitary facilities d) Improvement of the drainage system e) Internal and external painting f) Installation of an offloading lamp g) Rehabilitation of the car park area Lot 2: Site assessment and development of detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs), followed by Construction of a driveway providing access to the milling plant site at Malangalanga ADMARC Depot in Lilongwe. Lot 3: Refurbishment, fabrication and installation of 142 signposts in high visibility locations across ADMARC Limited infrastructure such as the Head Office, Depots, Factories and Commercial Markets nationwide.
