The Subject Of The Contract Is: The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Performance Of Sanitary Works In The Facilities Of The Maritime University: A) Didactic, Administrative, Workshop Facilities At Ul. Morska 81-87, Al. Jana Pawła Ii 3, D) On The Property At The Above -Mentioned Buildings At Ul. Morska And Al. John Paul Ii Are Entered In The Register Of Monuments And Are Protected By The Provincial Pomeranian Conservator Of Monuments. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In Active Facilities. Specific Scope Of Work Will Be Transferred To The Contractors With Whom The Framework Agreement Was Concluded As The Employers Needs Emerged, Along With The Invitation To Submit Offers, The Deadline For Execution Of The Contract, Place And Date Of Submission And Opening Of Offers And The Date Of Binding The Offer. The Basis For The Performance Of The Contract Will Be The Contract For The Public Procurement, Concluded With The Contractor, Which Offered The Lowest Price.
