1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Synthetic Pavement At The City Stadium In Toruń 1.2. The Scope Of Works Includes, In Particular, The Following Scope Of Work:  Demolition Works,  Surface - Reconstruction,  Surface - New,  Laying Of Cables,  Supply Of Equipment,  Debris Export And Utilization Of An Old Floor Covering. Other Works Related To The Proper Functioning Of The Object. 1.3. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope And In The Manner Specified In The Project Documentation And The Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Made By Primtech, Szymon Kita, Tarnowskie Góry) Components Of The Project Documentation And Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Receipt Of Construction Works Listed In Annex 1 To The Contract) And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards, Construction Art, Based On The Inspection Of The Area Construction And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform Work, Taking Into Account The Standards For The Protection, Shaping And Care Of The Green Areas Contained In Annex 1 Entitled Protection Of Trees In The Investment Process To The Environmental Protection Program For The City Of Toruń For 2021-2024, Taking Into Account The Perspective Until 2028, Constituting An Attachment To Resolution No. 699/2021 Of The Toruń City Council Of September 9, 2021 On The Adoption Of The Environmental Protection Program For The City Of Toruń For 2021-2024, Taking Into Account The Perspective Until 2028. The Contractor Will Read All The Location, Field And Implementation Conditions Before Submitting The Offer, And Will Include It In The Lump Sum Remuneration.
