To The Framework Agreement, 4) The Rules For Awarding Executive Orders Under Executive Contracts, Which Constitute Annex 2 To The Framework Agreement, 5) Template Of The Contracting Agreement, Which Is Annex 2.1. To The Framework Agreement, 6) Template Of The Invitation To Submit Executive Offers, Which Is Annex 2.2. To The Framework Agreement, 7) Rules For Awarding Emergency Executions Under Orders, Which Constitute Annex 3 To The Framework Agreement, 8) Protocol Of Taking The Action Of Removing A Failure, The Template Of Which Is Annex 3.1. To The Framework Agreement, 9) Order To Remove A Failure, The Model Of Which Is Annex 3.2. To The Framework Agreement, 3. In The Case Of Application In The Documents Of The Procedure (In Particular In The Pre -Works Of The Works), The Employer Allows The Use Of Other Materials With The Same Or Better Quality Parameters As Specified By The Contracting Authority. 4. If Anywhere In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Appearing In Particular In Stwiriorb, A Prejudice Of Works) There Are References To Polish Standards, It Is Permissible To Use Appropriate Norms Of European Union Countries, To The Extent Adopted By Polish Legislation. 5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law In A Situation If In The Attachments To Swz (Appearing In Particular In The Pre -Works Of Works) Contained A Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Norm, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Occurring In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. 6. The Employer Provides Under This Order, The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement On The Basis Of: 1) The Contracting Authority Intends To Allocate The Value Of Pln 800,000.00 Gross For The Implementation Of The Framework Agreement (In Words: Eight Hundred Thousand Pln Net), 2) These Proceedings Are Conducted To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Maximum (3) Three Contractors.
